Overview
In February 2026, Women Family Empowerment (WFE) Organization continued to provide high-quality online programs that empower women and female youth across Afghanistan.Our programs, delivered entirely online, reached participants from multiple provinces, enabling access to education, digital skills, leadership development, and personal growth without geographical or social barriers.
Program Highlights
This month, WFE successfully ran nine active programs:
• Special Speaking Class: Participants developed public speaking and presentation skills, gaining confidence in online communication.
• Business Development / Online Investment Course: Three participants successfully graduated, completing practical projects and receiving official certificates.
• Intermediate & Advanced English Classes: Students enhanced their grammar, speaking, reading, and writing skills, improving their ability to engage academically and professionally.
• Computer Class: Participants learned essential digital skills, including document creation, presentations, spreadsheets, and safe internet practices.
• Web Development Class: Students built responsive websites and developed practical coding and design skills.
• Women Empowerment Class: Participants strengthened self-confidence, leadership awareness, and personal development skills.
• Leadership Class: Participants enhanced strategic thinking, decision-making, and team management capabilities.
• Mental Health Class: Students improved emotional resilience, stress management, and overall psychological well-being.
Across all programs, students demonstrated high engagement and measurable progress in both skill development and personal growth.

Challenges & Solutions
WFE continues to address challenges that affect online learning:
• Internet accessibility: Recorded sessions and flexible schedules ensure all participants can keep up.
• Limited devices: Shared device guidance and mentorship support help students with minimal access.
• Cultural barriers: Women-led sessions and continuous encouragement help participants engage fully.
Success Story Highlight
One participant, Sahar, joined WFE with minimal technology experience and low confidence. Through the English, Computer, and Web Development classes, she built her first responsive website, improved her communication skills, and is now exploring freelance digital opportunities. Sahar’s journey represents the transformative power of WFE’s programs.
